Hay Australia has an in-line X-Ray machine on its Buschultz production line and an in-line Metal Detector on the Steffen production line which identifies andrejects foreign matter such as wire and rocks.
Hay Australia is the only exporter of oaten hay in Australia to use an X-Ray machine as an integral component of its production line.
The X-Ray machine and Metal Detector are fully automatic and provides a very high level of Quality Assurance to its customers.
